At KOMO 3 we wanted to be kind to our clients, the environment and ourselves.
Wherever possible we use organic/ammonia free colours, leaving the hair shiny, glossy and naturally coloured.
Even our rainbow colours are vegetable dyes. We use ammonia-free bleach where we can and our brilliant range of take-home hair care, EVO, also provides our clients with the opportunity to use sulphate and paraben free products at home.
Just like everybody else we love to use products that actually work!

Valerio Professional
The company started in 2005 wanting to enable hairdressers to use a locally owned and manufactured product that was easy to use, kind on the hair and the environment.
There are three parts to the range: permanent, semi permanent and argan oil infused colour. The colours are either ammonia free, or low in ammonia where needed.
Creme colour range, Embelish
For particularly resistant hair and full grey coverage, this product has been developed to assist our colourists with all shades – from bold brights to soft naturals with a gentle low ammonia formula. These colours are also interchangeable with other parts of the range, so we can offer our clients a unique colour depending on what the hair needs.
Creme semi permanents, Embelish
For natural coverage, we use the semi range for people who love to colour their hair, but don’t want to commit to having colour too regularly. These colours offer the same tones as the permanent range and with no ammonia in the product. Suitable for all clients who are a little bit conscious about what we put on our hair as well as the environment.
Argan oil colouring system
With a successful introduction to out industry of Argan oil, Valerio have infused colour with Moroccan argan oil. The first of its kind. This allows the hair to soak up the moisture of the argan which in turn helps the colour take to the hair and stay longer. When used often the argan colour builds a healthy shine and makes the hair feel strong. Plenty of interchangeable colours to choose from, it can be tailored to each individual’s needs. It is also totally safe to use on pregnant or nursing mothers, post chemotherapy, for sensitive scalps or for clients with allergies.
